Milan.Taxi strives to provide reliable, high-quality transportation services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when refunds or credits may be issued for bookings, ride issues, or service interruptions, and how to request them.
2. Definitions
– “Booking”: a confirmed reservation for a taxi ride through Milan.Taxi’s operator (e-mail oe WhatsApp).
– “Ride”: the completed transportation service associated with a Booking.
– “Refund”: a monetary reimbursement issued to the purchaser.
– “Credit”: a voucher or account credit applied to a future Milan.Taxi booking.
– “Issue”: any fault, disruption, or service shortfall attributable to Milan.Taxi or its drivers.
3. Eligibility for Refunds and Credits
– Driver no-show or cancellation by Milan.Taxi: If the driver fails to arrive for a confirmed Booking without a valid reason, you may be eligible for a full refund of the fare or an equivalent credit.
– Significant delays: If a Ride experiences a delay that substantially affects the purpose of the Booking (e.g., missing an important appointment) and cannot reasonably be mitigated, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at Milan.Taxi’s discretion.
– Incorrect vehicle or service: If the vehicle or service provided does not match the Booking (e.g., wrong vehicle type, unsafe condition), you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
4. Ineligibility
– Refunds or credits are not available for issues caused by user behavior, incorrect Booking details provided by the user, or force majeure events outside Milan.Taxi’s control.
– Partial rides completed with satisfactory service do not qualify for a full refund; credits or partial refunds may be issued at Milan.Taxi’s discretion for specific issues.
5. How to Request a Refund or Credit
Email support: contact our support team at info@milan.taxi with your Booking ID, date, and reason for the request.
– Deadline: Refunds or credits must be requested within 30 days of the Ride date, unless local law requires otherwise.
6. Review and Resolution
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the Booking or as account credits, per your preference.
7. Processing Times
– Refunds to bank cards or digital wallets typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
– Milan.Taxi credits will be applied to your account.
8. Changes to this Policy
– Milan.Taxi may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. We will post any material changes and, if required by law, obtain your consent.
